Came on a weekday about 6pm. Space was empty so we didnt have to wait for seatings.

Bought the promotional meal. 2x ¼ chicken n x3 sides..

The new mushroom dish was abit too salty. But if you scrape the sauce before you eat them mushrooms is fine. The mushroom is juicy.

Chicken wise the char grill is good. Bottomless drinks has a dispenser that one can choose their preference.

There's sauces if you want to dip your chicken or sides with from extra hot to herb and spices.

Restaurant is very popular. It's crowded even during weekday lunch. Chicken is quite tasty but the char grill vegetable is abit too oily (seems more like stir fry veg).

Arden’s friendly and charismatic demeanor is a breathe of fresh air the moment I entered the place. He assisted ALL customers with his jolly stance and ensures everything is in order. He gladly replaced my chicken from thigh to breast part and even gave me a complimentary drinks 🙂
He truly added a dash of festive feels to all the diners!

I've been a fan of Nando's for a long time (since its outlet at Bishan J8 years ago) so my expectations were higher to start with. came for a Fri dinner. the small portions speak for themselves as in other reviews; perhaps this could be "fixed" with smaller plates or thin-cut fries (I miss these!). objectively, I was full enough after the meal nonetheless. see pic for zoom-in of the slight charring I observed but I guess this depends on the griller. the long queues still testify that it's worth a visit for the sauces & chicken for sure. seconding that the good service saved the peak hour wait for a seat/food- I can see the team/management is working on this intentionally. I like the seamless mobile ordering; you can search for keywords even. keep going, Nando's!

Service was great in this Nando’s outlet. Considering the number of food outlets, it does well in pulling crowd. Most of the indoor tables (air-conditioned) were taken when we visited on 3 Dec 24.

Decided to have dinner with my friend here. One of the most enjoyable dinner we had. The food is nice, the services is top notch, the place is good. They even gave us free yogurt and cakes. Special thanks to Staff Farhan, Lipi and Sarav, and Edward. All the staffs here is very nice and friendly. Thanks for the great services. Keep up the good work👍🏻

Food was amazing and the service tip top, the staff gave us free desserts, not 1, not 2 but 3!! which ruin our diet but improve our mood haha. Just got back from busy shift at work and had an amazing post work meal here. Healthcare discount was a lot too, felt so appreciated. Special mention staff Sarav, Edward, Lipi and Farhan. I visited Nando's at Star Vista on 16 November 2024 around 1 PM with a good friend, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience!

Despite reading some mixed reviews online, I decided to give it a try—and it turned out to be a great decision. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us promptly with a warm welcome, setting a positive tone for our visit. Throughout the meal, the servers were attentive, always checking in to see if we needed any help or had questions about the menu.

The food was served within a reasonable time frame, which is much appreciated, especially when you're hungry. When the food arrived, it exceeded all expectations! The flavors were spot on—perfectly cooked chicken, fresh sides, and just the right amount of spice and seasoning. To my delight, the quality and taste were even better than the Bugis Junction outlet, which I frequently visit.

We enjoyed everything so much that we finished all of the food, except for the rice. It was clear that a lot of care went into preparing the meal. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the meal actually tasted better than the Bugis Junction outlet, which is the regular outlet I always frequent.

The overall atmosphere of the restaurant was comfortable and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a relaxed meal with friends. This first experience at the Nando's Star Vista outlet truly exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely be returning.

I’ll definitely be recommending this outlet to others and will return for another meal soon. Thank you, Nando’s Star Vista, for a wonderful first visit! Highly recommended! 😊
