Staff give wrong info for simple information, such as whether appointment needed for flu vaccine. Was told over the phone that walk ins were welcome, turned up the next day to be rejected saying I need an appointment due to limited vaccine stock. Waste of time

Called to make an appointment for flu vaccination on a Sat. Even double confirm with the clinic assistant that there is stock for flu vaccine and that they are able to do so on a Saturday. When I arrive at the clinic on the Sat, was told that there were no doctor on duty and they have no records of my appointment in their system. Waste of my time to make a trip down. Not sure how a clinic can operate with this level of service and professionalism.

Very unsatisfactory experience with my health screening. It took them a long time to find my booking when i was the only one person there. Then after the doctor took my blood i was told to go. When i asked what about urine so it was like oh yeah lets do urine. After that i had to remind again for height and weight.

The best was that I had also bought a cardiac profile add on. And given my experience above i reminded them that i have bought this. Do u need to do anything for it? The answer was no we have already done the blood test. 2 weeks later i am yet to get the report for my cardiac profile. I have asked but dont expect to get anything

Lastly, the consult to discuss my report the first appointment available is after 3 weeks. Really? I never see anyone visiting so no idea what the wait is for.

Waste of 550 bucks. I was thinking of using them for paed and GO for my family as they are v close to where i live. But thanks to this experience i wont have to go through the trouble.

Location is great. Dr Benjamin is caring and personable. The Admin aspects and staff training including the Reception staff requires a serious review to make this a better clinic.

Definitely one of the worst GP experiences I’ve had - the entire consultation took a grand total of 2mins, as if the doctor (Benjamin Tan) had something more important to do (there was also no queue, so it’s not like he was attending to someone else).

I barely sat down before he stuck the thermometer in my ear + did not share the temperature with me. He barely ran through my symptoms before prescribing me antibiotics. I was concerned over my issue (having had a low grade fever for 10 days), and left feeling uncared for and underwhelmed by this consultation.

Excellent doctor and friendly staff throughout the whole process. Very conveniently located right next to the carpark. Open on Sundays which is a plus. Luckily I came right after the queue!

Very impressed with the doctor (Dr Benjamin Tan) and the front counter at this branch here. I was feeling out of sorts and his diagnosis was accurate and he prescribed medicine that made me much better. There's a paediatrician coming in as well (by Oct 2023). Overall two thumbs up. I highly recommend this place for patients looking for a GP.

I went there to pass them my urine for heath checkup. The clinic assistant was super rude! I asked if I can pass them the urine here. They replied yes but we closed at 1pm. Come back at 2pm to return. But it was 12.45pm only.
