Wait time was a bit slow but overall the staff which was all women might I add were really kind. They displayed genuine warmth and despite being backed up they were eager to help. When the receptionist told me that in order to be seen I would have to change my PCP to their doctor, instead of making me feel like I had to leave she gave me all the information necessary to call my insurance provider to make the change. I’m not sure what’s up with wanting to automatically schedule people for follow up appointments which means another copay but otherwise It’s been a while since I interacted with a genuine urgent care staff and I will gladly be returning.

Do not do business here, there's a cancelation policy that they didn't even tell you about. And they charge your card a $100 for a Missed appointment, and there's no way to contact them to cancel 24 hours before your appointment. They kept switching my doctor at the last minute. They don't send you anything out that says. Reschedule, cancel nothing like that. So there's not even a way for you to even cancel. They don't answer the phone I let them know to cancel my appointment and they still try to go ahead with the appointment anyway. Needless to say, I will no longer be doing business with you guys so disappointed. I really liked my doctor though Camera you're the best! If you leave let me know.

Very friendly and professional service. I did not have an appointment on my first visit last Thursday and I was taken care of very quickly and the service was thorough. My follow up appointment was today and again very professional and friendly, as well as quick service. I definitely will be back.

My experience has been less than fortunate. Starting with an arrogant..know-it-all receptionist who takes a 20 min toilet break to scheduling a meeting with a nursing pharmacist to completely messing up the lab tests. The message i received from their designated application Helios ..."Specimen received in an unspun tube not compliant with tube" and then to have the audacity to suggest that I might need to come in for another "pull". My sincere recommendation is to find another provider. Potentially a terrible place to trust your life with.
- manufacturer requirements. Furthermore there are loads of hidden charges that they're not forthcoming about and again defiantly arrogant about. Please kindly find another proivider. Oh did I forget their urgency to take your money? They don't explain the charges and choose to replace a doctor with a pharmacist or something similar. I paid $180 tp consult a doctor and they choose to assign me to someone who's not a doctor. First, please remove the receptionist...it's not a pizza joint!!! Observe also the responses to comments. Aside from a couple i noticed that the proprietors do not reply to comments that are not palatable. Wake up..it's your business isn't it? Can you please demonstrate care?

The doctor I saw was very accommodating. However I waited 90 minutes just to see the doctor, I was referred to a specialist. The specialist pushed me off onto a medical assistant where I was instructed that I would have to redo all lab work that I just had done two weeks ago in order to be treated. I asked about this ahead of time and I was assured it wouldn’t be. I was candid that I would not redo my lab work, pay again, just to pay for more visits and drag out this process even more. Seems like another practice that is just in it for the money grab instead of treating people.

Really appreciate the way everything ran so smoothly with Zeal to Heal ! Absolutely loved this experience! Dr. Kehres is great, patient, and actually listened to your needs. Please make this your top choice! The facility is very nice, sleek, and clean! I am 100% going to come back.
The team that was welcoming and very polite. Signing up was easy with monica. she is amazing and answered all my questions.

Right when i stepped into the office they charged my card (which is weird because usually you pay after the appointment) their system froze so they charged me again and i ended up getting charged twice and they told me after my apt. that i could use that as a copay for my follow up appointment (that i didn’t need or want) i didn’t have time to argue i had to make it to work. I cancelled the appointment since i didn’t need it and have spent a week trying to contact their billing dept. only to be told they had no refunds for the copay outlined in a disclaimer that i didn’t receive at all since you know… she just swiped my card and didn’t tell me anything. so they’re refusing to give me a refund for the second non existent appointment they set up.They said their systems tripped up and did this often since getting new ones so i recommend just going to a different doctor!!

I went to the Farmer’s Branch location and was honestly disappointed and a bit uncomfortable. The woman at the front desk (who also took my vitals) make a snarky comment about me being a flight attendant and needing a “full panel”. Okay, whatever. But then I was also extremely put off on the fact that she seemed completely lost and had no clue what she was doing. Also, I got notification that my bloodwork and stuff was returned due to my name not being on the vials. I also saw some reports for screenings that never happened. My physical and feminine exam went well. Nurse Johnson was great! There was another girl who took my blood and everything and she was amazing! If you see this, I hope your pregnancy goes well! Anyways, I won’t be returning here. It’s a shame because besides the front desk, everyone else was great.
