For background, I am a complete wuss. I have no threshold for pain, can barely handle what most would describe as minor discomfort, hate needles, get jumpy with sudden noises - basically I’m an anxious bundle of nerves. At my old med spa, I quickly gave up on lasers because it was way too painful and would just get occasional facials. A few years ago I decided I wanted to do a little more self-improvement and thought maybe just a change of spas would help me survive the process. I came across impressive reviews of Vibrant and decided to give it a try. As soon as I went there, it was apparent that where you go absolutely matters. The reviews are so great because the staff is incredibly kind and supportive. I never feel judged, embarrassed, or uncomfortable. I feel like there is a tribe of ladies who want me to feel like my best self.

I think this positive vibe/environment impacts my reaction to treatments that I want, but aren’t exactly a warm hug. I mean have I gotten a little misty and needed to take breaks? Yup (I am a wuss and all 😊). But do I look so much better now, several years later, than when I started, do I keep going back to try more of the treatment options, and do I refer folks to them any chance I get? Yup, yup, and yup!

Heidi does a brilliant job at maximizing results and minimizing discomfort, with perfect techniques (literally - she teaches classes on some of the treatments), numbing goodness, suitable distractions, and her comforting nature. This combination has been perfect for me. My results have all been very natural, where the people I see most tell me I look refreshed or simply tell me I look great (before it was always that I look tired, so very tired, do you want some coffee, or some other quasi-polite way to say I was looking a little crappy). I’m not trying to defy aging entirely or transform my face in some crazy way, I’m approaching this conservatively. I’m trying to postpone some of the aging too soon factors (I want to look like how I feel!) and be happy with the vessel I have.

My results have surpassed my expectations, that has been the case with each treatment. My skin glows more than it ever has, redness and scarring has been significantly minimized, my skin is smooth for the first time ever, some things are no longer there (YAY!), and many of my wrinkles have dramatically softened or are gone. I also love that if I ask about a treatment that isn’t the right fit for me or what I’m looking for, they tell me. They don’t sell me on things I don’t need (or that I don’t want, unlike many other spas I’ve tried over the years). I am thrilled with my results. The Vibrant team really is AMAZING! If you are looking for your next med spa/spa, are trying to look your best, or just want to treat yourself - stop looking, you found the right place. Love them!

Let me start by saying Tara Is the absolute sweetest!
I got the MiraDry procedure done on my armpits back in February. The numbing wasn’t the funnest process. Tara did a great job trying to distract me. I’m terrified of needles and when I saw the numbing contraption, I was about to jump out of my seat. But I knew my husband would’ve been mad (not really) that I already made the deposit and chickened out. She kept me calm and made sure I was okay the entire time. I think my body metabolized the numbing faster than normal patients and she had to give me more. Not an issue on her end, but my end. Believe me when I say it hurts if you’re not numbed well.
But she did a great job of keeping me at ease. She’s so fun and easy to talk to. Just like a girlfriend you’d known your whole life.
She messaged me that evening and the following day to check on me.
Luckily, I do not need another MiraDry treatment. It worked so well!! But I would absolutely book other services with her in the future.

Let me start with when you first walk in, you are greeted by Carin, who always has a smile on her face and is ready to assist you, she is always very helpful when I ask questions and gets me the information that I need. Next is Yvonne, who does a phenomenal job at treating your face with her amazing facials, she always makes me feel so comfortable and leaves my face looking fresh and is very informative on what I should use for future improvements. Last but not least, Heidi, who is truly incredible, she is very gentle when it comes to injections, she is extremely talented at what she does; very professional and super friendly. They all make my experience very worthwhile and I always feel pampered and happy when I walk out of there. Thank you ladies! Definitely recommend for exceptional services and great staff.
