I have known Amy for a little over 14 years and she has recently flourished with finishing school to get her masters degree (to become a nurse practitioner) and starting a new business! She explains the whole process well and has great prices! Her new spa is so chic and I recommend her business to everyone, whether it be for botox, B12 shots, or VI peels.

*R E A D * DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I waited outside in the cold for an hour pounding on the door and calling the businesses number relentlessly. No answer. I went inside to the makeup store next door thinking I was in the wrong entrance and they told me this happens frequently. No way to run a business! This is unacceptable and embarrassing. I am furious because I prepaid and now I need a refund but no one is answering the phones. I wanted to go here for filler because of Amy’s professional background but today ruined all of that for me. If you don’t value your clients time you probably dont value the results of your work‍♀️ *UPDATE* these are the text message exchanges Amy and I had 9 hours after my appointment.
AMY: I saw your review. I’m out of town and I didn’t see that you had scheduled an appt. I moved the other appts this week and you must have made one afterwords. I meant to close the schedule. I apologize but I don’t appreciate the review at all

ME: I don’t appreciate being left outside in the cold for an hour how can you say you don’t appreciate my HONEST review

AMY: You can get a refund with Groupon or whomever you used to find out about me. I don’t appreciate it. Would you ? I’m sorry you waited. Good luck

ME: You didn’t answer your phones. I had my appointment scheduled. This is not my issue.

AMY: Ok good luck. Take care. I’m sorry about the experience.

ME: This is bad business. This is embarrassing and everyone SHOULD know about it. I went to the makeup store next door and they said this happens frequently. YOU are unprofessional.

AMY: I can’t talk right now. I’m out of town in a crowded place. It doesn’t happen frequently at all. What happens is the door jams. And people think it’s closed but I answer the phone and help them open it. Anyway, move on. I will good luck. Stop writing bad reviews.

ANOTHER UPDATE (to what the owner said about me ) ? this woman is a liar. I never spoke to her on the phone or saw her in person. Our exchanges were over text and I showed all of the messages! Her saying that I was screaming at her is a lie cause she never answered the phone. I never saw her in person I never talked to her over the phone. Like I said. All of our interactions are posted here. I urge everyone to not go to amy. She is not a honest person. She is immature, unprofessional, and and her morals are very questionable. Also notice how all of the good reviews on here all happened at the same time and she personally knew at least 2 of them so….i wouldn’t say thats and honest review‍♀️
