I would like to start that the place is very new and very clean and nicely put together. The office we went into very nice set up with the medical equipment. The receptionist was very helpful in fill out the paperwork and insured the the TRI-care and Medicare information was right and I went up to the her desk about 10 times had some questions about the forms and she was very helpful very nice and never got annoyed or upset .The Doctor that saw my mom was very nice and kind to my mom she 86 years old and she was just having a rash on her face she listen to my mom as she explained her situation and than she observed it and gave my mom clinical advice on what to do next and what medication to use .She prescribed medication and when ahead send it off to Lackland Air Force Base primary pharmacy and It was ready by 12 o’clock that afternoon. I appreciate the help and they were very nice people there and I will be seeing them again in about two months with my mom. Thank you

Very happy and impressed with the care I received at Texas Dermatology-Dominion location. From the receptionist answering the phone to the receptionist at front desk, to the MA! Great customer service, professionalism, and compassion! Thank you ladies! Then met Dr Shannan McCann for the first time and loved her! I have not had a dermatologist like her since the 80’s when lived in another state. Dr McCann was kind, professional, concerned and thorough!! She really took care of me! Thank you Dr McCann! Wish she could be my PCP!! You girls Rock at dominion Texas dermatology!!
