I wish I can rate 0 star...

I rarely visit clinics, but this has been the worst experience I've had. I arrived at 7pm and saw two patients in line. The receptionist was so busy that he completely ignored us when we stood right in front of him for five minutes. We told him we wanted to register and planned to take the kids for a quick meal while waiting for the two patients. He then told us to come back after dinner. My wife asked if there was any difference, and he said there wasn’t. At that point, I assumed he would attend to us first when we returned.

We came back at 8pm, and the clinic was now packed. We told him we were back, but he said we had to queue. We asked why, since we had already mentioned we wanted to register earlier, and he had assured us there was no need. His response was, "Just now, there was no queue. Suddenly, there is..." In my mind, that’s exactly why I wanted to register first! By then, it was 8pm, and I had to distract my son while my wife waited inside with my daughter.

After 10 minutes, I checked in with my wife, and she told me they were still waiting. I asked if we were next in line, but i was surprised by the receptionist reply. We were still waiting for him to confirm if the doctor is able to attend to a toddler.... C'mon, Why couldn’t he just knock on the door or ask through the window? We even had to remind him to check with the doctor when the patient exit the doctor’s room.

Fast forward to 9pm—closing time—and we were still waiting for the doctor, well past our kids' bedtime. This is completely ridiculous. I came early, did my part to avoid any delays, and yet here we are.

I’m speechless and truly shocked by the poor service and incredibly low standards of the staff.

Walked here for a consult but the doctor wasn’t in that day so had to do a teleconsult instead that took 2 mins. Staff not well trained to teach patients to download the app and fill it up. Didn’t bring my wallet but thankfully I knew my credit card details so I could get my account set up and see the doctor on the spot. Second time here and the level of care and medicine prescribed is a bit low level in my opinion.

One of the staff (didn’t manage to get her name) went the extra mile to contact the female Dr stationed at the HV clinic to check if the paragon clinic has female drs staffed on my appointment date/time when I explained that I couldn’t get hold of paragon clinic through email/WhatsApp/call for the entire week!

If you need female Dr for your health screening pls visit the Hv clinic instead and not the paragon clinic which offers horrible customer service.

Decided to give a try to this new GP (called & found no Q) nearby because the regular clinic often need to wait for long time. Got different medication for the same issue happen in months back. Stick to it but 1 week+ still not fully recover after finished the medication (that is the reason only 3 stars). Reception service have big Room to improve and the clinic can be more tidy.
Disclaimer: It's just my case & opinion for ref. purpose 🙂

Go at your own risk. My husband went for a medical health screening that was supposed to come with complimentary post review. On the day of the result, he was told that both physical and teleconsult are chargeable at $50+ each. For physical consult, a portion is insurance claimable and the rest is out of pocket whereas for teleconsult, the whole sum of $50+ is non claimable. My husband verified multiple times with the staff over the phone that the post review teleconsult should be complimentary as per advertised by the group on their website and also in the email sent to us prior to the screening. The staff said to go over to their clinic on the same day asap as the doc was available at that timing. Upon reaching the clinic, he verified with the staff once more whether the teleconsult is complimentary. The staff said both forms of consult are chargeable. After paying and going on to their website and digging out our email sent from minmed, we realised we were cheated of our money! The doc on duty was as a locum who claimed she couldn’t do anything and they argued that the staff who made the appt for my husband was the day shift staff who was already off duty! They said they would check with the staff the following day. Like which idiot would admit it’s his/her fault?! Anyway the night shift staff also told us the same incorrect message that the post review is chargeable. And they plain refused to refund us. We would have preferred the teleconsult since it’s more convenient but wasted our time and parking fee going to the clinic physically and was charged the additional fee. Then we saw that there were other Google reviews complaining about the clinic staff for this outlet. We tried messaging their main line and minmed just refused to help, saying that nobody is on duty and that they will look into it! So who was the one texting me over the phone? No apologies no nothing, everyone was just pushing the blame around! Totally regret going to minmed when there are many other clinics offering the same thing for the same price, some even lower.

The clinic’s stated closing time is 1:00 PM, but when I arrived at 12:39 PM, it was already closed. Upon calling, I was informed that their last registration is at 12:30 PM. Waste my time

I visited this clinic last few days and had worse experience while faced the FRONT DESK woman who was busy on her phone while answering my questions and my answer.
She Kept mishearing and asked me repeatedly answered her stupid question🙄Some more her attitude and the way she spoken was irony!

Kindly advise To the person/ Doctor who really wish your patients is well cared you should really train or educate the front deck because this will cause a bad image of your business and loyal customers.

However the doctor there was quite nice and friendly he really helped and chary on taking care of my condition Yet the charges on this clinic was high (my symptoms were coughing and flu ) costed me $110 + which is really high than outside. (Consultant fee is around $30+)

Costly and bad experience with the front desk are the main reasons I gave low feedback and won’t go back again even this is the nearest clinic near me

Hope you can improve your customer service
