Had a bad experience today (20/11/24) with the 2 nurse both are so rude. I don't understand why doctor can keep stuff like them. I'm a regular customer bcz doctor are a nice person only problem is the stuff.

1) go counter got ignore
2) ask questions but got reply rudely
3) say 20min waiting time and I see only got two or three people but then they let appointment people in without informed us and we wait around 1 hour.
4) give medication like give (tissue packet) no plastic and act like plastic need to pay 5c.
Please doctor take notes and don't let your clinic have a bad name bcz of your rude stuff.

Extremely terrible experience!! We visited this clinic at 10 am and were told the next turn was us. The waiting time should be HALF an hour, however in the end we had to wait for 3 hours. Really bad and totally spoiled our Saturday morning. We understood walk-in normally need to wait for longer but it makes no sense that let us wait for Three hours with the expectation of HALF an hour. The information from the reception is totally misleading and helpless. If you don’t want to waste your time, please go to another place. I believe an arbitrary clinic can do much better than this one.

It was my first time at Minmed and I went in to get my flu vaccine. Dr Lock kindly explained what the flu vaccine covers as well as any potential side effects. I appreciated how patient he was in answering all the questions I had regarding the vaccine and was pleasantly surprised that there was no pain when he administered the vaccine or even after. Thank you Dr Lock!

very swift experience. clinic opened after lunch break on time, was lucky to be the first admitted to doctor. Doctor on shift was Dr Wang Yuchen. Very professional and examined my condition thoroughly as well as explained to me in great detail and clarity, made sure i understood everything along the way. Did not waste time and yet was polite and respectful, answering to my questions patiently. Green flags of a proficient GP.

doctors here are great, but the experience today is a NO NO. Requested for queue number at 6.50pm to see the doctor via the app only to have the receptionist saying that there is no doctor on duty upon reaching at 7.15pm. Receptionist should have called and inform patients that there are no doctors available, i made a trip down because only the F2F consultation is covered by my company's insurance and in the end i can't see a doctor. Understand that it's challenging for receptionist to call patients one by one to inform if the clinic is busy, but when i went in there was only 1 patient. honestly hope the clinic can work something out instead of making a sick patient specifically go down to the clinic and not be able to see a doctor.

Excellent care. Very kind doctors and a really nice assistant. They take time to talk to you about your issues. They can be busy in the morning, but my former GP office was 10 times worse. A clean, inviting office

This has got to be my worst experience at any GP clinic.
Went personally to Minmed on 16 Nov asking about stock availability of Influenza vaccination. Was informed stock is low but available and recep asked for me to make online appointment on 18 Nov to secure. I also asked is there need to see a doctor, the reply was No need for doctor consultation. So with these information, i proceed as planned.

on 18 Nov, when i came, i needed to wait to see the doctor and then while queuing for my turn almost for 45 minutes i was informed no more stock.

1. Inaccurate information : If need to consult doctor then don’t say otherwise. This affects waiting time expectation of patient.
2. Stock replenishment : You should consider safety stock replenishment based on demand - supply, don’t let stock run so low.
3. Stock inventory : On any day, you know how many patients made appointment to request for flu jab, you also know how much inventory you have on hand, it’s basic subtraction. If you don’t have enough, inform patient we are out of stock before and not during wait.

Very disappointed in Minmed Clementi.

I have very incredible bad experience on Minmed. First you can only book online and service is terrible. Recently I had a booking of flu shot, they promised to call me to if there is no flu shot which they never did. I had to come down twice to check personally (no one picking the call) and each time they would promise a new time slot. Basically they want to get your business and they do not follow up. The owner needs to hire more assistants too, I was not able to call in 2 days from 1-4pm. I am pity of the staff working there.
