Worst experience! DO NOT GO!! 😤
If there is a rating of "0" - I would pick that.
I went to get my camera lenses cleaned as it was filled with dust and come back with the owner saying my phone is unable to power on.
Ridiculous as phone never had any issues!! On inspection - damage to hardcover - cracks, missing speaker piece and worst my screen can't even turn on. It looks obvious my phone's screen has been forcefully removed. Owner denied doing anything at all!! Destressing being a tourist and at this day and age phone is essential.

HORRIBLE experience!! Brought over my
damaged "touchscreen" laptop to be repaired. The owner called and said he had the screen and quoted me $330 with a two hour turnaround. I came back within two hours but he mentioned it will take another HOUR. After some business calls I went to speak with the owner about my laptop. He mentioned it was NOT a touch screen any longer. I asked him why did you put it on there if you didn't have touchscreen as quoted. He said he would decrease cost or take ANOTHER HOUR to replace my broken screen. I told him I don't have another hour to wait and that it was bad customer service not to ask me about the screen before putting it on. I paid him 176 and walked off having to find another place to give me a touchscreen tomorrow. I STRONGLY DON'T RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!!!

UPDATE: Will take laptop back tomorrow to get the broken screen put back on and get ALL my money returned. Will look for another company who can replace my screen with the actual one I need. Still do not recommend this place. The owner stated he wanted to help me by getting it fixed but a quick phone call or text while I was waiting to ask me if I wanted a regular screen rather than waiting THREE HOURS, would have prevented my justifiable frustrations ahead of time.

the seller did not want to check my phone as i had already checked with the store beside it earlier. we are still children and we were waiting for our parents to come with the money. he kept on saying that we were lying and that we were not telling the truth. we were telling the truth. i felt that he could be kinder and less moody
