Received a couple of services from Flor that I had in my account. She was awesome. Very easy to talk to, she explained what she was doing, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Booked a dermaplane on class pass apparently the owner doesn’t know anything about the appointments and doesn’t check them I booked this two days ago and today showed up to locked doors finally got a hold of someone not only did they not know about the appointment but also didn’t know how to cancel it I repeatedly had to say that she would have to cancel it on her side so I wasn’t charged ultimately I had to contact class pass and get them to contact her and refund me so that I could try to find somewhere else now last minute. Don’t book here if you have a schedule you follow or actually care about your appointments and plans for the day.

Great experience with laser derm. I’ve had about 10 sessions. I had to cancel a session and I called and they were able to squeeze me in between clients because of how important my session was. The service is really great!

GARBAGE! Unprofessional & dismal customer service. Please read if you are a prospective new client. They have zero regards for your time or satisfaction. Our appointment was confirmed ahead of time & all prerequisites complete with Flor R. Once we arrived, we waited 40 minutes past our appointment before anyone even greeted us. Come to find out, although Flor R had texted that morning, she wasn’t ever coming in because she was “sick”. Although an illness is completely understandable, at no point in her text did she mention she was sick and would not be showing up. Zero regards for the clients time & completely unprofessional conduct. Furthermore, Flor R failed to even try to make amends or reschedule in order to help alleviate the situation. Beware, this establishment does not care about new clients!!!

took my girlfriend, flor was late and unprofessional. Also I overheard she’s been withholding her employees pay…. I’ll be taking my business to somewhere that treats people fairly and professionally from now on.
