I been a member since December of 2021. The experience has been great at all times, but the last couple of months their attentiveness, quick response time has dropped. I submitted a refill through HEB Pharmacy June 21. Send a message through Folds(06/29/2024) and received a message back on Monday that my request was submitted to the clinician. As of Today, the pharmacy has not received the refill request.

As someone who went without health insurance for 6 years, because it was entirely too expensive through my company, this place is a absolute life saver! The monthly plan got me though some very tough times and I can’t thank them enough ❤️

Big shout out to Dr. Packard!! He’s incredibly kind, patient, intelligent, and compassionate. I’m always excited to see him!

The staff there are always on point, really friendly, and just down to earth. This place is the bee’s knees, and I’m so glad I have them in my pocket. You all are the best!

I ABSOLUTELY love this clinic! Marlena, the Nurse Practitioner is HIGHLY knowledgeable and has help me treat (and control) my Asthma better than my Asthma Dr. and it's WAY more affordable.

Direct Med Clinic has excellent patient care. They have been able to diagnose my Diabetes Condition. Put me on a great Treatment plan to control my glucose level. Also been able to help my Blood Pressure. Everyone is always polite and extremely friendly. Very punctual appointment also. It’s sure is nice to know I can contact them anytime for service. I have recommended Direct Med Clinic to family and friends as well.

I went today for the 1st time the staff that works there are wonderful. They made my son feel good so I was at ease. Friendly staff with a smile. The Doctor was great also and explained everything to me step by step. Before I left I made sure that I told them I would return in the future. I encourage the entire staff to continue to provide the utmost friendly and professional service like the one they gave my son and me today. Thank You! And to the staff member that went out of her way to help me find the location I appreciate it.

I could write a book about how amazing this place has been to me personally and my work team.
I highly recommend Marlene and this place for your family doctor or work place minor emergencies and family care.
Dr Roger you are a blessing.

I am very happy to have found a doctors office that truly cares about their patients. A warm greeting, smiling faces & caring staff makes an AWESOME practice. I was seen in a timely manner & I didn’t feel rushed through my appointment, the doctor took time to listen to me & what my issues are. I can actually say that I’m looking forward to my next appointment...thanks to everyone at Direct Med Clinic I feel better knowing that my health is in your hands.
