Cheap and taste good !!! 3 balls for 1.20 ? That’s a steal! Normally one ball is 1.10 already outside! Looks freshly fried but ooof damn fattening. Great variety of food here. From Malay to Chinese local food. The HK Fine Soup was a little disappointing with it's Michelin status as the lotus was still quite hard. Avocado juice should be a must get here (corner stall with most queue)

Avocado juice from Mr. Avocado is a must-try. With limited parking, consider nearby car workshops. The centre is well-ventilated, clean, and accommodating. End your meal with AJ Bakery's freshly baked muffins, hidden at the back. a must-visit for foodies and locals!

A rather popular hawker centre at the heart of Bukit Merah or some are more familiar with Queensway. It has opened since 1977 and been a famous culinary destination since. Many local delicacies here. Most well-known for their Avocado juice (I prefer Mr Avocado). Other local delicacies worth trying are the chicken rice, wanton mee, thunder tea and star yong kwang zi char (best around the area in my opinion).

Zhang Ji Xiao Long Bao is also amazing - well marinated pork filling with fragrant juice. But do be prepared to wait. Their Dumplings are also super well done and worth the wait. Hor Fun premium is not too bad as well if you are in for a wok-hei, silky hor fun with generous portions and flavorful gravy.

Parking is pretty limited but you can find much more about 5mins walking distance away within the car workshops. Space is pretty well-ventilated, kept clean and tables are decently large also for bigger groups, handicapped etc. If you are craving for some sweet and savory treats, there’s AJ Bakery hidden at the back which serves really fresh and delightful muffins!

Solid hawker centre! Lots of options. The famous chicken rice had a long line on a Thursday at 1:30pm.
About 1/3 of stalls were closed when we went.

Good hawler centre. Has a wide variety of local cuisine. Also has a bakery. Not too many stores open in the morning
