December 2024 I went to visit my family in Marco Island for the holidays and booked a package of five classes for yoga and Pilates. I used the first two classes but then unfortunately got sick with Norovirus. I tried to cancel the few classes I had remaining but the app of this establishment would not work and therefore I was unable to cancel. I recovered from being sick the last couple of days of my vacation and called to attempt to use the remaining classes with my husband to get the most out of the package I purchased. The owner not only refused, stating the policy that the classes are not transferable, but also failed to provide any solution whatsoever. Maybe make the classes transferable given the extenuating circumstances? Maybe give me a rain check to use the classes at a later date seeing that my family comes to Marco 2-3 times a year? NOTHING. While I understand businesses need to have policies, I was hoping for at least some sort of understanding/empathy seeing how you can’t control when you get sick and trying to use the app to cancel. Instead, I was treated rudely and ended up losing both my time and money. It’s very clear that this business does not put their customers first. I will NOT be coming back and definitely do not recommend this yoga studio.

MAGICAL! Soul Project has been my safe place for the past year. A place I come just for me. Everyone is welcoming, kind and supportive. The studio itself has beautiful energy and the teachers enhance and connect you even more, leaving you feeling grounded and loved. Grateful!

I took some classes with instructors Abby, Laura, Tiffany, and Kelli while I was visiting this area. They were all amazing and can kick your butt! Thanks to this wonderful studio I am now a believer in Vinyasa. I absolutely loved the vibe of each class. I wish I could take this entire studio with me home!

I love going to Soul Project, it is part of my daily routine on Marco. The studio is situated in an beautiful setting on the marina which adds to the whole spiritual and wellness experience. I especially love the pilates classes with Elaine. She is fun and energetic, and gives a great workout always being creative and changing it up.

A fabulous studio! Was in town visiting and stopped by for a class. The studio is in a great location by the water and the front staff and instructor were super friendly. Appreciated that they had mat rentals for a $3 charge. The vinyasa class was super refreshing and recharging, very much enjoyed it.
