I received great service starting with Tri-Med office personnel and timely appointments. Dr. Milka provides outstanding services. She very patient, kind, understanding and caring. She actually listens to the patient thereby making me feel heard.

Today I saw Dr.Milka Kamau, and was very happy with her strategy of getting information from me without overwhelming me. I find it hard to express anything personal, feelings wise. But she made it a comfortable setting to do so. I would recommend her hands down.

Just had my first appt with Veronica and she is a saint. I've been bottling up all kinds of nonsense and the top popped as soon as I sat down. I was a mess and she was so sweet and helpful. I left feeling hopeful that I can turn it all around.

Tri Med was recommended by a friend for sleep issues I was experiencing. Dr. Milka has worked closely with me to help me find the right medical treatment for my insomnia. Dr. Milka takes the time to listen to my symptoms and concerns, thoroughly answers my questions and has been open to try different medications until we found one that works for me and I feel safe taking.

Edited 12/10/24 - after discussion with Tri-Med after my review, we confirmed that I’d gotten some incorrect information and they offered to make things right. I had moved on to a different provider and was already being seen, so I declined their offer. I am changing my review from 1 to 4 stars, because my original situation vs. the care and compassion I received after the review shows me that I just didn’t make the right connection at first. For those who are struggling to get in, make sure that you get added to their text messaging as it seems to be the most reliable contact!

After 1 month of trying to get an appointment with their office (filling out new patient forms on their patient portal and having to search for and find their new patient pdf forms on my own after they said they would send them to me, calling their office, sending messages on the patient portal and emails asking for help!), I had to go with another provider. Who scheduled me the next day. I’ve had zero follow up from tri-med - so I’m not sure why they don’t care, but it’s clear they did not give me a second thought before dismissing me outright.

Shenniel Customer Service Rep went above and beyond helping resolve a situation I had on 1-7 and 1-8-2025. She was true to her word, returning phone calls and keeping me informed via text.

What was a stressful incident for me she resolved as calmly, and professionally as they get. She’s so attentive and listened to me complain, with a resolution. This young lady is a very strong asset to Tri-Med. I hope Tri-Med realizes her work ethic.
