The doctor who saw me had a good bedside manner. Every person who assisted him was polite and empathetic. I wish I could leave it at that.

However, the receptionists were cold and indifferent. Not just when I checked in but, upon check out. Since my wallet was MIA, my husband paid for my visit. He then left the building to make a call. He did not leave his credit card because we had just paid in full. However, a disc of my x-rays required an additional $5. I asked if I could call with cc number since my husband was already in the vehicle. I’ve been a repeat patient since 2019. We just paid them $212 cash, plus what they collected from insurance, yet this $5 request was declined.

Doctors office typically call in meds to your pharmacy within an hour of your visit. It's been 24 hours and I’m still waiting.

Antibiotic not called in the day of my visit. The doctor on duty did not call one in the next day because there were no notes in my chart that indicated I needed an antibiotic. As you can see from pics, I have a bleeding wound. Common sense indicates I need one.

I sought medical attention yet at Rapid Med:
1) to get an Xray so I knew what I was dealing with. Accomplished.
2) to get a pain med because I was in excruciating pain. Not accomplished.
3) to get an antibiotic. It two days and 3 trips to my pharmacy due to poor communication.

It is frustrating that I have a broken thumb and am in severe pain, yet Naproxen was the only Rx approved for pain. It is sad the war on opioids has many doctors afraid or unwilling to prescribe them. In the future, I will call an ER clinic and find out what their protocol is before I spend my time and money. I have Naproxen at home. It is an anti-inflammatory. I take it for muscle spasms. It does nothing to relieve severe acute pain.

Booked my appointment online and the wait time at the office is very less. I was immediately seen by the nurse and then followed by the doctor. The doctor and the nurse helped address the persistent issue with the earwax buildup. They were professional, compassionate, and incredibly skilled throughout the entire process. The doctor took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, ensuring I felt comfortable and understood what was going to happen. Their expertise was evident, as they removed the tough earwax efficiently and with minimal discomfort. What stood out most was how patient they were. They didn’t rush through the procedure and constantly checked to make sure I was comfortable. Their teamwork was seamless, and they made what could have been an uncomfortable experience feel completely manageable. Thanks to their care, my hearing and comfort were restored, and I left the clinic feeling relieved and grateful. Their professionalism and kindness truly make them stand out!

The staff at check in were all sour. No greeting, no smile, nothing. Last time I was here, they insisted on not taking a payment because it said I met my deductible. This time they insisted on taking one. When I finally got the staff on the same page, she threw up her hands and rolled her eyes and said she would just redo everything on her own time. I just turned around and walked away. The initial nurse taking my vitals was nice. The PA or whatever he was that came in to check out my symptoms asked what I was in for, to which I told him I had a sinus infection and needed an antibiotic for it. He looked in my throat, checked my heart, and confirmed. He stated he would put in the script and walked out. Nothing else. Another nurse walked in to give me steroid shots. She jabbed both needles into my hips hard, not where I have ever received them before. I could barely walk for an hour after this. Fast forward three days later and the pharmacy STILL didn’t have my prescription order. I called and told them the pharmacy hadn’t received it yet and they said they would take care of it. The next day, the pharmacy alerts me that my script is ready. I drive there to go pick it up and they ordered me THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION. I called back to get the right one ordered and the guy/girl (I seriously couldn’t tell) that answered said, “well maybe that prescription will help” obviously not knowing how medicines work. I asked for someone else more knowledgeable with medicines to speak to. The boy/girl was silent for a few seconds then placed me on hold. After 17 minutes of being on hold, I just hung up.

Rewind two weeks ago and my wife experienced THE SAME THING here. The same PA miss-diagnosed her and prescribed her the wrong prescription. She had taken her full round of meds and her condition worsened. When we finally went back in, another PA saw her and stated that she should not have been taking that medicine for her conditions, and that her charts had the wrong diagnosis for her.

This entire establishment needs a staff overhaul.

The appointment was scheduled the night before I came in. Walked in 5 minutes before my appointment, filled out on document and the staff walked me back in short order. The PCT got my vitals, verified the medications. The NP and I discussed my symptoms and she did he “NP” thing and I was out of there in about 30 minutes. Very convenient (in and out).

This place is the best around. I know I can always count on them to give us the best of care. Yar at the front desk is a true gem!! She goes above and beyond each time we are there. We have been treated by the same guy a couple different times and I wish I had caught his name this evening. He was an athletic trainer at some point in his career. He doesn’t treat us as a number but takes his time to offer a thoughtful recommendation and understanding to what is happening. I will always come here!

Got my shingles vaccine and it was the only place for 100 miles. I called 7 different places and Rapid Care was the only one close and they were very helpful.
