I was in a very challenging moment of my life suffering anxiety and insomnia, than thanks to a friend I met Zoe.
As soon as I sow her I felt that I could fully trust and I knew I was in a safe place.
Zoe, both with her softness and strength, helped me to connect with my inner self and find the faith and energy to heel.
After a few sessions I could again listen and speak out my voice and I learned some simple techniques that I can use when I feel I’m again getting lost.
