I came to Pure Med to get a couple procedures done. I was very satisfied with the staff's customer service and expertise. The front desk staff, particularly Carmen Z., was very nice and welcoming. I'll recommend this spa to all of my friends and family! 10/10 experience.

I absolutely love this med spa. They are always so accommodating and I can always rely on them for last minute appointments. The team there is so sweet and accommodating, especially Karine at the front. She's amazing. I highly recommend!!

Love this place! I joined their tirzepatide program in the summer and have been going back regularly since. The staff has been incredibly helpful and easy to work with, Victoria has been working with me for the last few visits to pick up my medication. She is lovely! Really appreciate all her help. Highly recommend

I have had such phenomenal experiences with Pure, they keep me coming back! I’m so happy to have found a place that provides above and beyond service, with exceptional skill. Most recently, I have to thank Mia, who has the most pleasant and reassuring demeanour, I felt like I was in the most capable and caring of hands, and the results speak for themselves - she’s awesome! Thank you also to all the wonderful staff, who did everything possible to make sure I was comfortable for my most recent visit, first experience with fillers. I am beyond pleased with the results and can’t praise you all enough!

I not given a clear quote or breakdown of pricing no matter how many times I called or asked. You can’t even call the front desk as you are directed to a general service line and I got different answers every time I called. I found this shady. Sure, prices vary, but I can’t even be given a clear answer on how they come up with the prices? A ball park estimate? No, I had to find out what I was paying after the services were complete for some reason. And I had a bit of sticker shock.
Another issue is that I came in on a Saturday and waited 45 minutes before being seen. There was no front desk working, 4 clients waiting to be seen, and one nurse working in the entire place. I was still charged a premium for the 15 minutes I was actually seen and treated. I would not recommend this med spa.

I had a very positive experience with Kaylee and will probably go back…what I am bothered by is that every day I get emails offering Botox at $6.99 a unit. When I asked why I was paying more, I was told that was a holiday promotion and no longer good. Not 5 minutes ago I got a “flash sale” email offering the $6.99 special. I also received this email yesterday, the day of service. It’s hard to get over the feeling that I was taken, or perhaps the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. I was given a discount for multiple services, the price per unit I think was 8.99. If I wasn’t bombarded by these emails, I wouldn’t have batted an eye at the cost.

Greetings from PURE! We appreciate your feedback and will definitely would like your love towards PURE. Please keep visiting us. As far as offer of $6.99 for First 30 Units of Botox offer goes, it is applicable for selected few people offered by Alle.

If I am not one of the "selected few" why am I bombarded with this offer? I have an Alle account. I guess I am not "special enough" for Pure Life. Fortunately, there are lots of other places in Chicagoland to obtain these services. What this says to me, is that pricing is totally arbitrary based on the whim of the front desk. This is beyond offensive. I will unsubscribe to the emails so I don't receive more offers to which I am "not entitled". Too bad, I spent (with tip) over $1400.00 and planned to return to Kaylee in two weeks. That of course will not happen.
